I'm not even sure what I'm seeing there. Are the items in your menu overlapping? Without your SMAPI log, I don't think anyone can help you.

Perhaps try updating your mods and smapi?
Some of the mods aren’t updated for 1.6, so that could be causing the issue as well.

I'd guess you're using a mod to change the appearance of craftables that has not been updated for 1.6. I'm basing this guess on having used a 1.4 hat mod while playing 1.5 that turned all the 1.5 hats invisible, due to them not being part of the mod. If that's the case, you'll need to either remove or update that mod to fix the issue.
